INFORMATION: All papers will be published in the same way: big bold title, name and date. If your paper is technical, you are required to include 'abstract' and 'introduction'. In the abstract field, you simply describe what the paper is about in short. In the introduction field you describe the background of the research, and give a detailed insight to the paper.
REQUIREMENTS: Use mature language. Make it understandable, and use a wide variety of words. If the requirement is not met, the paper will be re-written by WATRS staff. It must contain atleast 300 words, and can not contain more than 3000 words.
